Human Resources Configuration — Institutions

Use the Institutions tab to enter the colleges, universities, and schools to be used on the Education History tab in Manage Employees.

  1. Select Human Resources Configuration from the Human Resources or Administration menu. The window opens with the General tab displayed.

  2. Click on the Institutions tab.

  3. Click the Add button, and the Add Institution window opens.

  4. Enter the Institution Name.

  5. Enter an alphanumeric Institution Code. This code can be your own or the federal school code.

  6. Click Save.
