The Evaluations tab on the Edit Employee popup is used by customers in certain states to gather information required for state reports.
Use this tab to add, edit, and delete evaluations.
Select Manage Employees from the Human Resources menu, and that window opens.
Use the Search feature or a filter to display the employee you want to edit.
Click the Display Name link, or check the box for the employee, and click Edit. The Edit Employee popup opens.
If needed, close the collapsible sections to make it easier to see the tabs at the bottom of the popup.
Click on the Evaluations tab. Note: You may have to click the right arrow on the row of tabs to display the Evaluations tab.
Click Add, and the New Employee Evaluation popup opens.
Complete the fields as described.
Evaluation Criteria Group: Select either Principal or Teacher.
Evaluation Criteria: Select the criteria to be scored, starting with Overall Performance, and then moving through each standard. See About Evaluation Criteria Groups for definitions.
Score: Select the score from the pull-down list. See About Scores for Evaluation Criteria for definitions of the scores.
Evaluation Period Start: Defaults to the first date in the selected cycle; may be edited.
Evaluation Period End: Defaults to the end date in the selected cycle; may be edited.
Evaluator Name: Select from the pull-down list. Values in the list are added in HR Configuration > Evaluators tab.
Completed Date: Use the button to select the date the evaluation was completed.
Click Save if entering only one evalution, or click Save and Add to enter additional evaluations for this employee.

Click on the Evaluations tab.
Check the box(es), and click Edit. The Edit Employee Evaluation window opens.
Edit the fields as needed.
Click Save if editing only one assignment, or click Save and Next to edit additional assignments for this employee.

Click on the Evaluations tab.
Check the box(es) for the evaluation(s) you want to delete, and click Delete. You're asked to confirm the action.
Click Yes.
