Only New invoices & credit memos can be edited. If you need to edit a submitted invoice or credit memo, you'll have to first unsubmit it.
Select Invoices from the Receivables > Accounts Receivable menu, and the Invoices window opens.
Check the box(es) for the invoice(s) you want to edit, and click Edit, or click on the Invoice/Credit Memo Number link. The Edit Invoice window opens.
Edit the fields and invoice items as needed.
When finished, click Save. If editing more than one record, the first will be saved, and the next record will open.
