Verify all the salary schedules, making any desired changes to proposed base pay, grades, and/or steps.

Decide when to apply the rolled over salary schedules

AptaFund allows you to apply new salary schedules immediately, or to wait until after the employee jobs have been rolled into the new year.

Before rolling over jobs: Click Apply Salary Schedule to make the new schedule official. When jobs are rolled, they will take on the new salary amount based on their grade and step. Note: If there is no salary schedule in the new cycle with the same name, or no grade or step with the same name, the salary schedule information in the job will be blank when you roll the jobs.
After rolling over jobs:
At this point, you can also increment the salary schedule steps or grades at the same time as applying the new schedule.
- Click Mass Increment Salary Schedule Grades and Apply Schedule to apply the schedule and increment employee grades at the same time.
- Choose Mass Increment Salary Schedule Steps and Apply Schedule to apply the schedule and increment employee steps at the same time.
