Disable a User Account

You can disable user accounts so those users can no longer access ESS.

  1. Select Security, then Manage Users, from the Administration menu. The Manage Users window opens.

  2. Check the box(es) for the user account(s) you want to disable, and click Disable. You’ll be asked to confirm the action.

  3. Click Yes, and the accounts are disabled and marked Inactive.
