Users will generate this email when they click the Forgot Password? link in the AptaFund login window.
But you can also generate this email for users who have a valid login as designated in the Login Account Exists column in Manage User.
Select Security, then Manage Users, from the Administration menu. The Manage Users window opens.
Check the box(es) for the users(s) you want to email, and select Send Forgot Password Email from the More menu. You’ll be notified how many users will be emailed.
Click OK, and the emails are sent.
