Add a job in Manage Employees or Employee Jobs. You can add multiple jobs to an employee.
Fill a position only if using position control. See Positions Overview for an explanation of controlled & uncontrolled positions.
Approve jobs — one or more jobs for one employee, approve jobs for multiple employees
Edit jobs for an individual employee or a group of employees
Copy a job — Manage Employees window
Create assignments from jobs — Manage Employees window
Delete jobs for an individual employee or a group of employees
Vacate positions for an individual employee or a group of employees
