There are two types of reports in AptaFund — grid and pre-defined reports.
The Enhanced Reporting modules have many options for generating user-defined reports from the grids. Click here for more information.
Access pre-defined reports from My AptaFund > Reports. Access to pre-defined reports is based on user security level. See also Report Security.
Pre-defined reports can be generated as CSV, Excel, or PDF files.
Some pre-defined reports — generally those that will result in a file to be submitted to a government entity — have the Report to Grid feature that generates a grid you can use to review and edit the data before creating the export file.
